However, BIM is a better visualization of 3D architectural models, including geometry, spatial relationships, analysis of light, geographic information, and quantities and properties of building components. It can also be used to demonstrate the complete life cycle of buildings, including the processes of construction, installation and operation in addition to the quantities and shared properties of materials.
